Chef Diane Bio

Diane is an Honors graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, holds a Master’s degree in English, and is currently working towards a degree in Holistic Nutrition.

She thrives on sharing her passion for food and cooking with others. She has taught at the French Culinary Institute and New York Restaurant School, in NYC for 7 years, as well as Johnson & Wales University and Colorado Arts Institiute in Denver, L’Écôle de Cuisine in Pennsylvania, A Cook’s Table, and various Williams-Sonoma stores in Baltimore.

Chef Diane has over 30 years experience as both a Chef and Pastry Chef at some of NYC’s most critically acclaimed restaurants, including an apprenticeship at Le Cirque (NYC). While a Chef and Pastry Chef on Martha’s Vineyard,  Diane had the pleasure and honor of baking cakes for Walter Cronkite, Beverly Sills, Paula Abdul, Carly and Mrs. Simon and enjoyed feeding James Taylor,

Chef Diane is so excited to bring her 30 years of diverse culinary experience to the Evergreen and Front Range Communities.
